Hass Hijazi
Hass has been in the automotive industry since 1989 and has worked in many roles. Hass enjoys his current position as Managing Partner with the Finch Auto Group. He welcomes the challenge of putting together a great team and leading them to success. Motivated by his wife Deana and his two children Alifie and Jamal, Hass enjoys weekend dinners with his extended family and cheering on the London Knights and Toronto Maple Leafs.
Darlene Vallas
Darlene joined the Finch Auto Group in 2014 with already a decade of experience in the automotive industry already under her belt. As Operations Manager at Genesis London our guests will appreciate Darlene’s dedication, tireless work ethic and unparalleled commitment to delivering exceptional. Darlene is passionate about animal welfare, and in her spare time enjoys creating handmade cards for her family and friends.
Cristian Latis
Having worked in the automotive industry since 2005, Cristian personifies all the characteristics that our customers look for in a Sales Manager. He is helpful, patient, considerate and ultimately, he always has your best interests in mind. Cristian’s love of cars is evident through his vast knowledge of cars across all manufacturers. Cristian loves meeting people and will ensure your satisfaction and time always come first.
Stephanie Gartly
Stephanie is an honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable Genesis Experience Manager who is eager to go above and beyond set expectations to make a customer happy. She is driven to establish customers for life by building memorable rapport with her customers.
Jeffrey Kim
Jeffrey is a bright genuine and dependable Genesis Experience Manager who has our guest’s interests and needs at heart. He is committed to sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm for the Genesis brand to our guests. Alongside his love for cars, Jeffrey is dedicated to his love for boxing. Within the first year as a registered boxer with Ontario, he received a bronze medal at the Brampton cup in 2022. In his spare time, Jeffrey enjoys making music with his guitar, being outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.
Ashley Townsend
Ashley joined our dealership in 2017, seeking a more fulfilling career and aiming to increase female representation in the automotive industry. Her exceptional personality and determination made her a perfect fit, and though she started off shy, she has since become a confident and engaging sales professional. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and their daughter, balancing her career with motherhood, and hopes to return to snowboarding and learning piano. Despite not being able to swim, she has a deep love for the water. Dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience, Ashley ensures every client feels valued and respected, making the car-buying process smooth and enjoyable for all.
Brianne Williams
Brianne initially joined the team in 2021, and worked in the Service Department at our sister store Finch Hyundai. There she was the Customer Service Representative which she really enjoyed as it granted her many learning opportunities to excel within the automotive industry, as well master what is takes to deliver a great experience to those servicing their vehicle with us. In her spare time Brianne enjoy long hikes with her 3 dogs, exploring new beaches during the summer months, learning new recipes to cook for her family, and also cozying up with a good book. Having a background in customer service, Brianne has always aimed to deliver a better then exceptional service, start to finish. Our guest experience and happiness is always her top priorty.
Zach Jones
Zach, one of our dedicated service advisors, combines his passion for vehicles and mechanics with exceptional service, making him indispensable to our team. Though he holds a bachelor’s degree in dramatic arts, Zach has fully embraced his automotive career. Outside of work, he’s an avid mountain biker and snowboarder, pursuing his love for the outdoors year-round. Zach's diverse talents and commitment make him a valued team member.
